Agora Bytom Center In Bytom

Danish developer Braaten+Pedersen and Borgestad of Norway have opened the multi-functional Agora Bytom center in Bytom. Five-storey building has a total area of 57,000 sq. m, a retail area of 25,000 sq. m, 1,000 sq. m of offices and 820 parking spaces. Investment costs for the project amount to EUR 90 mln.
The biggest tenants of the center include: an eight-screen Cinema City, a Fantasy Park entertainment center, Pure, H&M, Reserved, C&A, RTV Euro AGD and Rossmann. The general contractor for this project, which was designed by the Arkus architectural studio was Erbud. EMCM Poland is responsible for the management of the property.
